You will find plenty of room to relax in our beautifully decorated master bedroom. Sleep in both style and comfort under a duck feather quilt and high quality egyptian cotton sheets on top of France's number one mattress and topper.

Home & Gardens
Come and stay in our beautiful French farmhouse. Originally built in 1750 from Caen stone and set in two acres of gardens. It survived WW2 relatively untouched.
The village of Houesville was liberated by American soldiers from 506 PIR (Parachute Infantry Regiment Headquarters) on the 8th of June 1944. We have a liberation marker in the centre of the village, opposite the church, to mark the day.
Sadly four American soldiers paid the ultimate sacrifice and the village has dedicated a memorial in their honour. Houesville villagers, dignateries and visitors hold a cerimoney at the memorial to pay respect every June.
Our family home is located in the heart of the American paratrooper drop zones. Equidistant between Sainte Mere Eglise and Carentan, were ideally located to visit many of Normandy's historic sights such as the D-Day Landing beaches and all the Airborne Landing sites. It's not all D-Day though. There re many beautiful places to visit such as Bayeux, Mont Saint-Michel, Barfleur and St Vasst to name but a few.
